New spy photos of M40i version of the BMW X4, for the 2016 model year leaked. New model comes with almost the same front fascia as the standard version, but there is a possibility of BMW to install a more aggressive bumper before production of this popular X4 version starts.
When it comes to rear end this model comes with a different exhaust scheme and dual exhaust pipes placed on two sides of the rear end. This exhaust configurations will probably come as part of the new M Series of performance vehicles, since regular X Series usually comes with dual exhaust placed on one side of the rear end.
2016 BMW x4 M40i also comes with much lower stance, new brakes and new lightweight performance wheels. If we sum all this, it is obvious that BMW plans to increase performance of this vehicle in next few model years.
