This luxury crossover came has been in production since 1998. It represents a combination of a regular SUV with luxurious sedan, and before becoming a Lexus this vehicle was part of regular Toyota range, and it was named Toyota Harrier. It is being assembled in Japan and Ontario, Canada and the first model was promoted on 1997 Chicago Auto Show.
This vehicle is one of the biggest in Toyota range offered on American market. It is made to compete with Ford Expedition, Chevrolet Tahoe and Nissan Armada and it is based on Toyota Tundra platform. Since 2007, when 2008 model was promoted on LA Auto Show Sequoia is a second generation vehicle. It is produced in Princeton Indiana.
First model of this famous European family sedan was released in 1997. It is sold only in Europe and Japan and it is assembled in the biggest Toyota assembling plant in Europe, Derbyshire plant in United Kingdom. First model was much smaller than the versions we know today and later this vehicle grow in size to become compatible to other mid-size family sedans like Ford Taurus, or Mondeo how they call it in Europe, Opel Insignia, Skoda Superb and Citroen C5. Current model is a third generation vehicle, with the first one coming out for the 2009 model year and being promoted on 2008 Paris Motor Show. Each new generation vehicle is promoted in France, since most of the interior and exterior design comes from Toyota’s French design studios.
There’s still not much information about this future vehicle online, accept the spy photos that were released not long ago. The new model is going to come with few updates in the styling segment. We still don’t know much bout the interior styling, but we hope that it’s going to be much different from the current styling that comes with really outdated design and features.
Although this vehicle should be presented on the 2014 LA Auto Show next week journalists of Road & Track magazine got the information on 2016 Cadillac ATS-V power and transmission. New vehicle is going to come with twin-turbocharged 3,6 liter V6 engine that’s going to be able to produce fantastic 450 horsepower and 445 pound feet of torque. 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport is the future vehicle that’s part of the reorganization of Land Rover line, which is going to implement some new models in next few years. It is a vehicle designed for leisure, and like its the case with Range Rover Sport it is the smaller and faster version of the regular Discovery. In June this year, it was in its final development phase, and a first teaser videos were released. One month later we’ve seen some teaser photos as well. Ford F Series is the most popular line of pickup trucks in United States for over 50 years. This legendary line came out in 1948, and it’s been sold continuously since then. Star of the F Series is the Ford F150, the lightest pickup truck from the whole line. It is one of the most legendary American vehicles, that’s been the best selling vehicle in the whole United States for last 25 years and the best selling truck for this amazing 43 years of the American recent history. Four years ago Ford introduced the performance version of its best selling vehicle, and that’s how Ford Raptor was born. It is sold in United States, Mexico (where it’s called Ford Lobo Raptor), Chile, Peru, Canada and the Caribbean.
This meant to be the review of 2015 Ford Raptor, but in the meantime we find out that Ford is planing to drop Raptor’s 6,2 liter V8 engine for 2015 model year. So the only F150 truck that’s going to come out next year is the regular version, while truck performance freaks will need to hold on for another year. Another more positive news is that the old 6,2 liter engine is not going to be discontinued, it is still going to roll, but as the petrol option on heavy duty trucks of F Series. There are also rumors that Ford is introducing a powerful 3,5 liter EcoBoost engine, so we might see turbo version of this truck in 2016.
